The lovely balcony view towards the harbor and the helpful reception staff made us feel immediately welcomed. The in-unit washer/dryer was a lifesaver after weeks of travel.

This property is in a marvellous and unbeatable location, just off short walk to Queen St, Albert Park, art museum, Auckland University of Technology, and central business district and also very easy to get food near there.

It was in a great and fantastic location with Skytower nearby. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. I ate at a wonderful restaurant at the ground floor.
Couldn't find any faults at all!

But the rest of the apartment (see complaint), its size and location were positive.
In my opinion for what we paid the apartment was not up to standard. I thought the apartments wooden furniture in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen looked dated and was damaged. The bedroom unit in front of the bed stood out especially. It looked like poor furniture from the 1970's. We were very disappointed. The fridge is meant to open when you open the unit but the connection is broken, there was only one wine glass, a lack of towels etc. I think with very little effort and expense the apartment and customers experience could be greatly improved. Additionally Wi-fi even if not free would be useful.

We love the location, apartment and facilities available.
Room service - not explained earlier that this was suppose to be pre-arranged. When it was arranged no-one turned up. Room service waited outside our room on the day we checked out before check out time as arranged.

Beware the discrepancies between room bookings, you might end up disappointed with a lower-level apartment offering sub-par views!!! Internally, cleanliness requires attention, especially around windows and appliances!!!

The reception could have been better, person at reception desk spoke very quietly and had poor pronounciation, something i think many foreighn visitors have a hard time with (including me). When our check in was done we had to ask for the way to our apartment, something i think the receptionist should explain to the customer without them having to ask.

Stayed there 10years ago for 6 months for buisness the place is still in very good condition...Need to have a Concierge
You MUST supply a car park with booking or have the option of one. I booked 3 rooms & not 1 car park was supplied or available..Very poor, especially trying to find parking in the area. We drove from Auckland airport arfter just arriving from Overseas.

My favorite property in Auckland. Early check-in, parking outside. Had free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Very central location, at a moderate distance from Skytower. Set in a lovely area near to shops, restaurants, sky tower and the viaduct...

Fine views with a few quirks
Our large apartment greeted us each morning with a beautiful view of the tower and harbor. The helpful reception staff, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
The minor hiccups included a slight leak from the shower door, resulting in a damp bathmat, and a crack in the lavatory sink, which needed attention. These inconveniences were a bit unexpected for such a nice place.
